How quickly will I receive my report?

How much does a report cost?
A single report is $5.99. Our Basic Bundle (10 reports) is $28.00 ($2.80 each) and our Value Bundle (30 reports) is $59.00 ($1.97 each). We also offer monthly membership plans starting at $30/month.
Do bundle credits expire?
No. Credits from our Basic Bundle and Value Bundle plans never expire. Use them whenever you're ready — there's no rush.
Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes. All membership plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard — no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Do you offer refunds?

Do you store my reports?
Reports are available in your account for 12 months after purchase. You can download the PDF at any time during that period. After 12 months, you can re-run the report at a discounted rate.
Can anyone run a report on my property?
HomeTrace reports use publicly available records — the same data anyone can access by visiting county offices in person. We simply aggregate and organize this information for convenience.
